1. What this service is

Z-TimePhoto is a camera app that stamps date, time, location, notes and a company logo onto photos, and includes a wake-up alarm feature. We also operate a verification page at https://z-timephoto.z-cloud.com.vn/s/<code> where a recipient can check the stamped text.

The app is published by Z-Soft Co., Ltd.. The official build is distributed on Google Play; a directly installed build also exists for an invited group of users.

2. Licence to use the app

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your personal use or for your own business.

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile or modify the installation package; remove or defeat the licence checks; resell, rent or redistribute the app; or use the app to attack or overload our servers.

3. No accounts; licences are bound to a device

The app requires no sign-up. In directly installed builds a licence is bound to the device code generated by the app, and each phone number holds at most one active licence. If you change phones, contact support to move the licence across; the expiry date is preserved. In the Play Store build, Pro entitlement is tied to the purchasing Google account and follows Google Play’s own mechanics.

Clearing app data, reflashing or factory-resetting the device may change the device code. If that happens, contact support and we will reissue.

4. Basic and Pro plans

The Basic tier is free and unlimited in time; it covers taking photos stamped with the actual date, time and location. Pro additionally unlocks: manual date and time, manual or map-picked coordinates, editable displayed address, company logo, custom notes and full stamp customisation.

The app shows no advertising in any tier, including the free Basic tier.

The feature list of each tier may change between versions. We will not remove a feature you have paid for while your current term is running.

5. Payment, renewal and refunds

The Pro plan is sold in-app only, through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We do not sell licences by bank transfer or through any other channel.

Bought on Google Play: the transaction is processed by Google Play and governed by Google Play’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, go to Google Play → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refund requests go to Google under the Google Play refund policy; we cannot process those transactions on Google’s behalf.

Bought on the App Store: the transaction is processed by Apple and governed by the App Store terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refund requests go to Apple under the App Store refund policy; we cannot process those transactions on Apple’s behalf.

The lifetime purchase is a one-off payment: it has no term and never auto-renews.

Prices are set by us and may change. A price change does not affect a term you have already paid for.

6. What happens when Pro expires

The app never locks itself and you never lose photos. When Pro expires the Pro features switch off and the app returns to Basic; your logo, notes and stamp settings stay on the device, ready for when you buy again.

7. Your responsibility for stamped photos

This is the most important section — please read it carefully.

The Pro tier lets you set the date, time and location manually. That exists for legitimate cases: retaking a shot after the battery died, correcting coordinates that GPS got wrong under poor signal, writing the right name for a delivery point the map mislabels. You must not use it to fabricate evidence or to deceive an employer, a customer, an insurer, a court or anyone else.

Photos produced by the app are not legal instruments and are not digital certificates. The stamp shows information declared by the user’s device. The /s/<code> page only proves that a record was registered on our server at a given moment and has not been altered since — it does not prove that anyone was actually present at that place and time. The page does surface anomalies, such as a capture time in the future relative to our server or a late registration, but those are indicators only.

You are solely responsible, including before the law, for what you stamp onto a photo and for how you use those photos. You are also responsible for having the right to photograph and share images containing other people, licence plates, documents or other people’s property.

8. Your content and data

Photos, notes and logos you bring into the app remain yours. We claim no ownership over them and do not use them for advertising or for training models.

How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its source code, its interface and the Z-TimePhoto names and logos belong to Z-Soft Co., Ltd.. These terms grant a right of use only and transfer no ownership.

10. Service provided "as is"

We work to keep the app and servers running well, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. The accuracy of time, coordinates, address and weather depends on your device, GPS reception and third-party services; we do not guarantee that this information is always exact.

We may suspend the service for maintenance or discontinue a secondary feature. If we shut the server side down for good we will give reasonable notice; photos already stored on your device are unaffected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Z-Soft Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, lost data or lost business opportunity arising from use of the app. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

These limits do not apply to liability that Vietnamese law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may revoke a licence and block a device where we find payment fraud, a licence shared among several people, tampering with the app, or attacks on our servers. Where a licence is revoked for breach, amounts already paid are not refunded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms and will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after the effective date means you accept the new version; if you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are to be settled by negotiation first; failing that, by the competent courts of Vietnam.
